The FEI is looking for a full-time Content Editor for the Officials’ Education Department. The position is based in Lausanne and is available from 1 March 2026 or on a mutually agreed date.
Content Editor
Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Director of the Officials’ Education Department, the Content Editor role is responsible for editing, curating, uploading, and updating high-quality e-learning content on FEI Campus that aligns with FEI’s educational objectives and meets the expectations of a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit, curate, upload, and update digital educational content across the FEI Campus platform, including e-learning modules, pictures, videos, quizzes, and other interactive materials.
- Review (proofread) and edit course content provided by course directors.
- Ensure all content adheres to FEI guidelines, branding, and tone of voice.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other departments to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Facilitate meeting timelines and workflows for content production and updates.
- Assist with content translation and consistency across language versions.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing content to identify areas for improvement, updates, or redesign based on feedback, analytics, and evolving standards.
- Provide content performance metrics and learner engagement data,
- Provide support to the Director, Officials’ Education and the department.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, communication, digital media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as content editor, education administration, or digital learning platforms.
- Knowledge of equestrian sport
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, or similar).
- Strong editorial and writing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and digital asset management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (especially French) are a plus.
- Knowledge of or interest in artificial intelligence is a strong advantage.
