To cover a maternity leave, the FEI is seeking a full-time employee for its Technology Operations Department. This seven-month fixed-term position is due to begin on 1 February 2026, or on a mutually agreed date. The role is based in Lausanne.
Service and Support Administrator
Position Purpose
The Service & Support Administrator will provide general administrative support to all stakeholders in the use of different FEI online platforms and tools. You will work together with other FEI Departments on a regular basis as well as communicate with external stakeholders such as National Federations and Organising Committees to assist them with their day-to-day work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general support to Stakeholders in regards to FEI horse documents, registrations and health requirements
- Provide general support to different Stakeholders on the use of various FEI IT platforms
- Log, track, and escalate issues related to IT platforms and applications through a ticketing system
- Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts across applicable systems
- Provide back-up support to Service & Support Advisors as required
- Ensure data accuracy and quality in the FEI Database
- Provide general administrative support to the Technology Operations Department
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
- Entry-level to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, technology minded
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.?
- Proficiency in MS Office.?
- Fluency in English and French is essential.?
- Experience and knowledge of sport; equestrian sport is a plus
